- 1 1/2 cups cooked chick peas (or 1 lg can)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- juice of 1-2 lemons depending on your tang preference
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tbsp. tahini
- water as needed to desired consistency
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
This hummus has an Indian inspired taste and I absolutely love the flavour!
