A classical Hatha Yoga practice delivered in a trauma sensitive approach, open to all levels and abilities. This ongoing weekly class is offered at no cost to participants. A donation jar is available for those who can and/or wish to support the program.
*Children ages 13 and up are welcome to attend with their parents/family members.
