Trauma Sensitive Yoga
A classical Hatha Yoga practice delivered in a trauma sensitive approach, open to all levels and abilities. This ongoing weekly class is offered at no cost to participants. A donation jar is available for those who can and/or wish to support the program.

This leads to peak performance on the job and a more fulfilling personal life. Yoga for First Responders provides vital emotional-wellness and mental-resiliency training in academy settings, in-service trainings and workshops, and community-based programs.

These are specialized private classes offered onsite at TBFR Station 3.

Gentle Hatha Yoga: 6 Week Semi-Private Session

Join Leanne Wierzbicki for 6 weeks of Gentle Hatha Yoga, in a semi-private setting! Classes are held out of my home studio and are limited to 3 students. You will receive greater attention in your practice as a semi-private setting allows.

I teach traditional hatha Yoga delivered in a holistic, trauma sensitive approach, with a deep spiritual focus, attention to alignment, and long juicy holds. I want you to leave my classes feeling equipped with the tools to practice on your own safely, without being dependent on a teacher.

Open to all levels and abilities.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 30th – March 6th
Time: 11:30am-12:45pm
Location: My home in Shuniah, off Lakeshore Drive (details will be sent upon registration)
Investment: $120

This OPEN class is offered at no cost to ALL first responders, law enforcement, emergency services personnel including dispatch/communications, hospital staff, military, veterans, and immediate family members (children 13+, spouses) within our region. A donation jar will be available for those who can or wish to donate to our program here in Thunder Bay.

Held at SNEMS HQ in the training room.
