Middle Eastern Style Hummus

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chick peas (or 1 lg can)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • juice of 1-2 lemons depending on your tang preference
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp. tahini
  • water as needed to desired consistency

Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.

This hummus has an Indian inspired taste and I absolutely love the flavour!
