Yoga for First Responders (YFFR) serves to alleviate cumulative stress and build resiliency for first responders through trauma-sensitive yoga combined with mental and physical training. This leads to peak performance on the job and a more fulfilling personal life. Yoga for First Responders provides vital emotional-wellness and mental-resiliency training in academy settings, in-service trainings and workshops, and community-based programs.
These are specialized private classes offered onsite at TBPS.
